J.B. Mathews, Ph.D.

J.B. Mathews joined the Educational Technology Cooperative staff in 1998. As Senior Technology Policy Advisor, he serves as internal consultant to the Educational Technology Cooperative and the Electronic Campus to provide advice and assistance in multiple areas including telecommunications and infrastructure policies, distance learning issues, technology costing issues and methodologies, on-line library services, and collaborative purchasing.
